Market Street’s low cost guarantee is restricted to merchants who have applied, and been approved, for a Market Street Merchant Cash Advance and / or Credit Card Processing Account. If we do put forth an offer to match or exceed a competitor’s price, as a result of honoring this agreement, the merchant shall have seven (7) days to complete and submit a new Market Street merchant cash advance and credit card processing account application. If the merchant fails to complete and submit the new applications during this time, this guarantee, and any offers that Market Street may have put forth as a result of this guarantee, shall be null and void.
